What does EuropaWork actually do?
We provide offshore recruitment delivery and operations support: sourcing, screening, coordination and administration for agencies and employers.
Is this the same as international placement?
No. Offshore support means we help your company recruit. International placement is a separate service where a candidate pursues an overseas job — for EuropaWork, that is limited to nursing roles in Germany.
Do you provide visas, payroll or relocation?
No. Offshore recruitment support does not include immigration services, payroll, employer-of-record services, legal representation or relocation.
Which markets do you support?
We support hiring in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Ireland, Germany and the Netherlands.
