EuropaWork ("we", "us") is a healthcare and IT recruitment business, founded in 2024, supporting candidates and employers in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Ireland, Germany and the Netherlands.

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

• Contact details — name, email, phone number, WhatsApp number.
• Candidate information — CV/resume, qualifications, registrations, work history, language test results, and documents you choose to share with us.
• Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, forms or phone.
• Employer briefs — role requirements shared by employers hiring through us.
• Technical data — basic website usage data, collected only after you accept analytics cookies.

We use personal data to run our recruitment service, under the following lawful bases:

• Performance of a contract / pre-contract steps — to progress your candidacy or a hiring engagement.
• Legitimate interests — to operate and improve our service and keep accurate records.
• Legal obligation — where retention or disclosure is required by law.

We operate from India and work with candidates and employers across the UK, USA, Australia, Ireland, Germany and the Netherlands. Where personal data moves between these countries, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the UK and EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA), as applicable.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and delete or anonymise it afterwards.

If GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to your national data protection authority (or the UK Information Commissioner's Office).
